Where are the tips for "Cranky". Ive completed all levels in "Hunger Pains" except for level 19. Is this level attainable, or does it need a fix?

It doesnt work. It never takes you past the first sponsor screen "mahalo learn anything" complete rip off. Apple needs to pay closer attention to these types of scam apps!
